Vinyl Packaging
Your record should look at least as good as it sounds. We offer print and packaging options for 12", 10" and 7" vinyl records. There's a solution for even the wildest of your ideas!
Labels
The paper circle in the middle of your record could be an informative label or the centrepiece of your artwork. Based on your design, we offer CMYK offset or PMS printed labels. Special moisture-free oven-dried paper is pressed on the record, and we can print anything. Don't take its design lightly, as it will be the face of your record every time it's placed on the turntable.
Inner Sleeves
Inner sleeves are used to protect records from scratching and dust. Printed options are also a great way to expand your artwork. We offer a range of inner sleeves for all vinyl formats (12", 10" and 7"), but if you can't find the perfect sleeve in the selection below, please contact us and we'll find a solution.
Inner Sleeves
Mix-and-match
All inner sleeves are designed to fit thicker outer jackets, but carton sleeves might also serve as a standalone packaging solution often praised by DJs (hence the name ‘discobag’). Carton options can also be used with a japansleeve, if you’re looking for that extra layer of antistatic protection.
Antistatic Sleeves
Polylined Inner Sleeves
White or black paper lined with a thin layer of HDPE is carefully folded and glued into a sleeve. Antistatic plastic also covers the centre hole. This standard option for 12" vinyl is also available for 10" and 7" records on request.
Japansleeves
These functional antistatic record inner sleeves are made from HDPE (plastic). They can be used as an add-on inside printed carton inner sleeves or with standard covers.
Carton Sleeves
Black Standard Discobags
That's the most standard, simple way of packing your record—a carton sleeve with two center holes. Available for all vinyl formats (12", 10" and 7").
Printed Discobags
They are usually CMYK printed on a 205 g carton. The coated or uncoated side print is covered with protective matt or glossy offset lacquer. It comes in one- and two-hole versions.
Printed Carton Inner Sleeve
Just like above but without the center hole, it is CMYK printed on a 205 g carton. The coated or uncoated side print is covered with protective matt or glossy offset lacquer.
Paper Sleeves
Paper Inner Sleeves
White or black paper without the added HDPE layer. This standard option for 7" vinyl packaging is also available for 12" records on request.
Printed Paper Inner Sleeves
These printed inner sleeves come with two centre holes and are not polylined. Available for both 12" and 7" vinyl records on request.
Outer Sleeves
There is no limit to the types of covers we can do - from basic spined outer sleeves to gatefolds, tri-folds, slipcases, etc. We can even do fancy case-wrapped boxes with hot stamping and anti-scratch lamination. You want it? You'll get it!

Single Pocket Jackets
This is the most common vinyl record packaging option. This option easily fits a record with an insert and a thinner booklet. Making wider spines for double or triple LP albums or thicker booklets is also possible.

Gatefold Jackets
Gatefold jackets open up like a book. It is the perfect option for double LP albums or a unique artwork. Visuals can be printed on the front, back, inner sides and spines. Using one pocket to hold an insert or booklet is a common practice.

OBI Strips
OBI Strips are printed paper or carton wraps that go around or fold over the record cover. Like Stickers, OBIs are often used to provide additional information, such as album track listings, unique features, catalogue numbers, etc. They’re an excellent way to spice up your design and make your record a collector’s item.

Custom Packaging: Deluxe
Box Sets and Slipcases
Fancy a bit of luxury in your life? This is it! If you have several records or a pile of additional stuff you want to add, clamshell or rigid boxes and slipcases are the way to go. You can even add t-shirts, books, posters, etc. to the package.
The technology is the same as case-wrapped sleeves, where thick cardboard is used as a base, printed on 150 g paper, glued on top, and laminated. You will get a very durable and aesthetically pleasing record package.

Case-Wrapped "Old-School" Jackets
Again, these jackets are single-pocket or gatefold sleeves made with thick cardboard as a base, 150 g printed paper glued on top of it, and then laminated. They’re durable, beautiful, and fancy as hell!

• Board: standard 0,69 mm cardboard coated with 150 g laminated paper
• Finish: matt lamination is the standard; glossy lamination, UV spot lacquer, hot stamping, embossing and debossing are also available

Finishes and Special Effects
Matt offset lacquer and laminated finishes are the industry standard, but you can expand beyond these options. There are many other magnificent ways to make even the simplest sleeves look like true masterpieces.
Printed Surfaces
• Coated and Uncoated Carton
The simplest option is to go with either coated or uncoated carton.
If you pick coated carton, you will get a smooth surface and vibrant colors that will look as close as possible to the design. It can be laminated for protection or an even smoother surface and look.
Uncoated cartons have a rough surface and duller colors. Using lamination on uncoated cartons is pointless as it will smoothen the surface and lose the roughness.
• Coated and Uncoated Carton
The simplest option is to go with either coated or uncoated carton.
If you pick coated carton, you will get a smooth surface and vibrant colors that will look as close as possible to the design. It can be laminated for protection or an even smoother surface and look.
Uncoated cartons have a rough surface and duller colors. Using lamination on uncoated cartons is pointless as it will smoothen the surface and lose the roughness.
• Inside Prints
We can also print on the inner sides of pockets to make the covers pop, create a contrast and extend the artwork.

Full Area Finishes
• Lacquered Finishes
If you want your record cover to look more fancy, we can apply a lacquered finish.
It can be matt or glossy, and the surface will still feel like carton under your fingers.
• Laminated Finishes
Lamination can also be matt or glossy, but the carton feels a lot smoother when touched. It is covered with thin film that gives it extra protection.
Nearly indestructible anti-scratch lamination can also be used. You can’t feel the surface of the carton, but special effects like embossing and hot stamping can still be felt when touched.
Special Effects On Limited Areas
• Hot Foil Stamping
These custom-made areas are usually shiny, mirroring, or metallic, giving your album a premium look. Several foil options can be applied; gold, silver, and holographic are more widely used.

3D Effects
• Embossing and Debossing
One of the most striking effects is created by pressing elements or texts into the carton. Embossing looks like an object is coming through the surface, debossing looks like its pressed inside of it.
• Die-Cutting
A custom-made punch is created to cut out a part of the cover or to mould it into a unique shape. It works best with an eye-catching design or contrasting color that can be seen through the holes.

This one is for the hardcore fans and record collectors. We can number your records by hand, using a permanent marker to make each record unique.

Protective Sleeves
Protective sleeves are an essential for protecting records against scratching and dust. However, adding another layer of protection can also shield the sleeve from harm. We can advise you on choosing proper packaging so your records last for years.
Cellophane Pockets
Cello pockets with glue-stripped flaps are made of 30 mic film that looks clear and beautiful. They open effortlessly and are our clients' favourite choice.
Shrinkwrap
For these, we use 19 mic transparent shrink film. After heating, it shrinks tightly around the cover. You can only open it once.
PE Sleeves
This is a thick, 150 mic reusable outer sleeve with matt transparency. It will protect your album for many years.
PVC Sleeves
Another great option that comes with a punched edge and is made of 150 mic PVC. These thick, transparent sleeves will last for decades.
